The prospect of searching for reputable building firm was an arduous one, however, within minutes of meeting Mark, we decided we would engage his company to rectify the defective work that had been performed by the builders that built our house. Marks attention to detail, his willingness to explain the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of the work required to be undertaken is reassuring, and we were left with the impression that nothing is too much trouble. I literally spent hours trying to change a ceiling light over, but ran into difficulties when I encountered some peculiar wiring. This is when I decided it’s best not to mess around with the electricity! So I looked on here and found Lintott. I called and spoke to Mark who came around on the same day to spec the work. He sent George out the following day. George gave me a call just before the job. He changed both ceiling lights and a switch quickly and accurately and even cleaned up after! The price was very fair. I will definitely be using Lintott for all electrical work from now on. Highly recommended.

We now have a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom thanks to Mark and his team. We are delighted with them both, they are next to each other and the kitchen quite small so the design and functionality was imperative. I love cooking and wanted a more practical and modern kitchen that was more spacious. I now have that, one of the best things was the many visits Mark made to the house before we signed a contract to discuss our needs. Communication was excellent throughout and this is why we have exactly what we need. He was also very helpful and understanding of budget, never applying pressure but making good suggestions. We have since recommended Mark to friends, also impressed with his work and manner. Lintott Building Solutions fixed our damp problem by carrying out work to a flat roof. Mark gave us lots of helpful free advice when he came to quote for work. All work was done very quickly and has sorted the issue straight away. I’d recommend them very highly and will use them again in the future.
